Bright Yellow is a full member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA), the trade body for companies that provide personal care to people in their own homes. We adhere fully to a strict code of practice which is designed to protect the rights and welfare of care beneficiaries.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Bright Yellow is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the independent regulators of health and social care in England. The CQC make regular inspections to assess Bright Yellow staff recruitment, training, risk assessment and management procedures. Our Reading and Banbury branches have both been awarded 'TWO STAR - GOOD'.

The British Accreditation Bureau (ISO 9001)

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for internal quality management. Bright Yellow is inspected annually by The British Accreditation Bureau. We are ISO 9001 certified no. 180781.

Bright Yellow is a full member of Ceretas, the professional association dedicated to individuals working in the provision of home care.

All Bright Yellow staff rare checked through the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) to ensure they are free from criminality and fully eligible to work with vulnerable individuals.
